CLUB AFFILIATION 2024-25
Jersey FA club affiliation window is now open and will be available within the Club Portal instead of through the Whole Game System.
Requirements for all clubs
- Ensure all invoices from last season are paid.
- Ensure all teams have been agreed for the 2024-25 season.
- Make sure that you have accepted the relevant Safeguarding Declaration(s) within the Club Portal. (My Club > Documentation > Safeguarding Declarations)
Adult Club Requirements
- Check the Welfare Officer (Adult Teams) has completed the Player Welfare in Open Age Football Course.
- Check all named officials excluding the Team Secretary has a valid Player Welfare in Open Age Football Course and if the club has any U18s registered, each named official will also need to have an in-date DBS before the team is compliant for affiliating.
Youth Club Requirements
Check all Coaches are listed correctly against the relevant team and have an in-date FA DBS and have completed the Safeguarding Children Course.
Check the four main committee members (Secretary, Chairman, Treasurer and Club Welfare Officer) are correct and have an in-date Safeguarding for Committee Members Course (and that it hasn't expired)
Check that the Club Welfare Officer also has the other mandatory qualifications (Safeguarding Children Course, Welfare Officers Course) as well as an in-date FA DBS
