An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join the Jersey FA’s senior management team, driving forward the development of football in our island.

The new Football Development Manager will lead, and provide strategic direction to, Jersey FA’s football development team, making our sport better tomorrow than it was yesterday. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for growing the game across all pathways, supporting and working closely with existing and potential new coaches, referees, clubs, players and volunteers, improving facilities, and ensuring Jersey is an inclusive and positive place in which to play football.
