Vacancy - Football Development Officer (Women and Girls)

Exciting opportunity at the Jersey FA to drive forward the women’s and girls’ game.

The Jersey Football Association is looking to appoint a Football Development Officer to lead the growth of, and support for, the women’s and girls’ game in the island.

The current post-holder is departing the Jersey FA later this year, so we’re on the hunt for someone to take on the baton and take the female game to the next level.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in growing participation, supporting clubs, and enhancing opportunities for female players of all ages and abilities. If you’re commitment to supporting women and girls in the game, we want to hear from you!

It’s an exciting time to be working in this area of football development, with the female game at the heart of the Jersey FA’s ambitious Business Strategy, which aims to ensure 75% of clubs have a women’s or girls’ team by 2028. This significant increase reflects the Association’s focus on growing participation and ensuring football is accessible and inclusive.
